Shipping Policy

We are glad to update you about the shipping methods, packaging and costs. Shipping can be carried out to any country of the world. Where the sea port is available, we recommend sea delivery, it takes 20-45 days, depends on the destination. If the shipping is urging, air delivery shall be an option, it tased 4-8 days, depends on the destination. We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, UPS, maritime shipping forwarders. You can always rely on  your shipping agent, if you've got a such. Payment is always effected directly to the forwarding agent upon a separate contract between you and its entity.

Return & Exchange policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! We are pleased to let you know what to do in case you changed your mind about your purchase. We don't provide for international Return & Exchange & Refund practices, thus we do 100% checking before shipping to make sure that the screen is ready to work, which is a great way to build trust and reassure our customers that they can buy with confidence.

The return service is currently available for China orders only. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing within 7 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 14 days of receiving the items. Please collect the package first if your order has been shipped and you want to return it. Then contact us via info@ screen-stock.com to obtain instructions to return. Please note that a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you reject the shipments. You’ll be charged for shipping and a transaction fee in the event of a return on China orders.
