Order Processing

 

For pure stock orders without any customization, please consider 1-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We do shippings 24/7. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. ScreenStock for the purpose of quality control preserves the right to do additional product checking and testing before shipping, the timing to be communicated to the Client. Packaging

 

Different types of packaging are available at ScreenStock. Where applicable, you can choose the packaging you prefer. Flight case, cardboard box, and plywood case can be customized according to your requirements. Extra fees may occur. The precise shipping data of the product and packaging will be available in the Packing List before shipping, once the product is packed. To learn more, you can reach us by info@screen-stock.com.

Shipping georgaphy

 

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping time depends on destination address. Shipping methods can be by sea or by air. You, as the customer, are responsible for all shipping fees, taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received. Customs and duties

 

The Clients are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by their country of residence, country of goods receipts. ScreenStock is not responsible for any customs clearance packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of us to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country customs office to determine their procedures and get known about any potential charges. If you, as a Client, neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, ScreenStock will not be liable for any logistics charges related to this shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should ScreenStock mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due to the Client. This will need to be paid immediately.
